Excessive pressure requires the frequency converter to reduce the motor speed and stop some air compressors if necessary. There are three V-6/7 electric fixed water-cooled air compressor units in a mining area. The requirements are that the remote operation is started and stopped automatically, the abnormal parameters are automatically stopped, and the frequency conversion is energy-saving. Because the voltage in the mining area is unstable, especially the opening and stopping of the air compressor has great interference with the power grid. The vibration, the dust, and the environment are harsh and require 24 hours of uninterrupted work. To ensure the safety and stability of the system, the control core of the system is used Xiangxiang Computer Xiangyi I-P10S22, the overall solution is as follows.

System composition:

First, the point to be detected:

1. The power signal detection device: Detects 1 point of the main motor current and 3 points of the total power supply's 3-phase voltage.
2. Pressure signal detection device: 3 levels of pressure for level 1 cylinder, level 2 cylinder, and reservoir cylinder.
3, temperature signal detection device: detection of 1 cylinder exhaust temperature, 2 cylinder intake temperature, 2 cylinder exhaust temperature, oil temperature, crankshaft bearing temperature 2 points, motor bearing temperature 2 points and cooling water outlet temperature a total of 9 point.
Total: (1+3+9)X3+3=42 points
